In order to match the competitors, some suppliers put the new treadmill model to the market without finishing the perfect cover. Then the covers will make the noise.
2nd, Motor, and voltage.
Commercial treadmills are used frequently in the gym, so the motor is very important.
But some suppliers use low-level motors to lower the price to attract customers and then label them with high-level motor parameters. In this way, the motor will generate a very high heat after long-time using every day, which will affect the service life of the treadmill. In fact, the motor can be tested by weighing. The real 50HZ parameter has more internal line packs and heavier weight.
We produce treadmills according to the voltage standards of customers. Especially 110v, we will purchase the 110v voltage standard converter and other electronic accessories and the customer’s national standard plug, so that the customer can directly use.
Some commercial treadmill manufacturers produce the treadmills all in 220V voltage standard. If there is a customer who needs 110v voltage standard, they will connect a small transformer inside or outside the treadmill, so the treadmill can also be at 110v. But when the transformer works long time or the level is not enough, it will directly affect the life of the treadmill.
3nd, Accessories.
At present, most Chinese treadmill manufacturers do not have a business outlet in the customer’s local area. If there is a problem with the use of the treadmill, it is necessary to replace the accessories. It is necessary to contact the manufacturer to send the replacement parts. This will take 7-10 days to affect the operation of the gym. Therefore, when purchasing a treadmill, you should select some accessories as spare parts, such as running belts, circuit boards, converters, lubricating silicone oil, etc., and replace them when problems arise.
